Returns and refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong phone model.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
